Appointments and payments:

Services are provided by appointment only. Services should be booked in advance to ensure a specific time/date.  Payment types accepted include: cash, debit/credit and Venmo. 

 

 

Cancellation and refund policy:

Please consider that a 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failing to reschedule or cancel within 48 hour notice, not showing up to your appointment, or arriving 30 minutes or later will ALL result in a 50% charge of the service fee. You are charged based on time, product and supplies used per service, there are absolutely no refunds. Please contact me directly if you experience any issues within 2 days of your appointment.

 

 

Late arrival policy:

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late you will be charged an additional $10 and I will do the best I can with the remaining time of your appointment. Arriving later than 30 minutes of your start time is considered a no show (see cancellation policy) you will be charged 50% of the service to the card on file and you will need to reschedule your appointment.
